Our network is designed to foster open lines of communication between the claim professional, physical therapy provider, nurse case manager, and/or referring physician to provide a collaborative approach to care. Our dedicated team of customer advocates provides regular updates to all stakeholders and serves as a liaison between the patient and the provider whenever necessary. Continual Monitoring
We don’t stop at making the initial referral. MedRisk remains actively involved throughout the injured employee’s entire rehabilitation process. Our team consistently monitors progress and works closely with the PT provider to make necessary adjustments to help ensure optimal results.
